The police in Calaveras County, California, have arrested a man for threatening to kill his neighbor and even kill the dog of the same neighbor for barking excessively.
The police received a call from the victim reporting that Roger Wayne Anderson, 60, had been arguing with someone causing a lot of dust on their street as he was speeding outside his home. He then got his handgun and got out of his trailer and shot the dog leaving it dead. The killer then threatened the dog's owner by pointing the gun at him before fleeing in his trailer.
He was arrested the next day and he faces felony charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, criminal threats, discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner, and animal cruelty. His bail is $1.2 million and he is now staying at the jail.
